Terms of Service

1. Driver Eligibility

All drivers must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid, unendorsed driver's license for at least 1 full year. International drivers must present a valid passport and international driving permit or certified English translation where applicable.

2. Security Deposit & Payment

A refundable security pre-authorization or deposit is required at time of vehicle collection. This deposit is released within 7 business days following vehicle return inspection, subject to zero traffic infringements or damage.

3. Fuel & Vehicle Return Policy

All FineRide SUV vehicles are dispatched fully detailed, sanitized, and with a full tank of fuel. The vehicle must be returned with a matching fuel level to avoid refueling surcharges.

4. Cancellation & Amendments

Cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled pickup time receive a 100% full refund with zero administrative penalty.
